Try a good wax and see if that covers them up. If you try to get too agressive, you'll mar the finish and stain, if it has one. They make crayon-like markers in various shades of brown that are made to pencil in the scratches to darken them to match the wood.
There is also a product called Olde English, I'm not sure if it's available in England. Basically, you wear rubber gloves, pour it on a rag and it's something like a polish with a stain in it. After doing that, a good coat of floor wax should hide your problem.
Or, you could just put a throw rug over it.Does anyone know how to get scratches and paint off wood/laminate flooring?
Some fake wood products use melamane which is very thin, it can be touched up by ironing new melamane on.
Otherwise use touch up pencils sticksDoes anyone know how to get scratches and paint off wood/laminate flooring?
I got latex paint specks on my laminate wood flooring and it came off easily with a little light scrape using a paper towel to protect the surface. I don't know how much paint you got on your floors, but you can try using a plastic scraper/putty knife and scraping gently to prevent scratching the floor.
I'd like to know how to get scratches off too though.
If the scratches are through the lacquer and into the wood, you can hide the marks with a timber stain touch up pen. They're pens with timber stain in them and work like a marker.
Once the colour is matched you can polish the floor with a good quaility wax polish and this will fill in the scratches and make them almost invisable.
As for the paint marks ... what sort of paint is it? More info on the type of paint will help us answer your question fully.
